Dereck

These are some dishes you don't find often around here. I don't think I've ever had balut in San Diego.

Oxtail soup sounds fantastic, and those knocking noodles are drool worthy.

kat

nice find

Elle

Thanks for the review! Looks good!

Kirk

Yes, interesting variety. They really don't have the VN version of fertilized chicken eggs here Dereck!

I enjoyed it Kat!

Hope you like it Elle! For once I got to a place before you mentioned it! ;o)

Peter

And I see they have a section for sizzling platters -- I guess they're sweeping Asia by storm! Thanks for the link to your Sapa trip -- I remember that view across the river from Lao Cai to China. We also took the train there from Hanoi, then on to Sapa for some trekking -- and eating. Fortunately I still ate meat while we were on that trip to Vietnam -- I don't think I would have survived otherwise.

Junichi

Wow. I'll definitely need to check them out the next time I'm in that area.

Kirk

I can imagine how hard it would be if you're a non-meat eater there Peter. Though perhaps things have changed?

They have a nice variety, and I enjoyed the noodle soups I had Junichi! I'm hoping they have the oxtail next time!

RedDevil

Thanks for the review. Sounds like it’s worth checking out soon.

Kirk

Hope you enjoy it RD! I need to return again soon!
