Som Tommy

Bummer about that ramen

Junichi

Looks like they just throw on a bunch of toppings to hide their weak broth. Maybe they can figure things out by grand opening. Karaage looks good tho!

Kirk

It was Kat!

Yes, hope it gets better ST!

I'm hoping they improve Junichi! The karaage was my favorite item.

Franklin

Too bad about the ramen. The chicken looks good tho.

Mar

This is a ramen menu I was stoked to read, but am also bummed that two of the ramen styles were a let down so far. Looks like they have several things to work out during this soft opening.

I am curious about the tsukemen, although it looks like they're charging Tsujita prices (and based on your experience I am doubtful their version will be anything close to that level!). Maybe I'll go in a few months to check it out. Thanks again for doing the test drive and letting us know how this spot is!

Yes, when it comes to tsukemen, I usually stick with "specialists" like Rokurinsha in Tokyo:

I'll probably return in a few months Mar. If you visit, let me know what you think!

Soo

Bummer about the beef and pork. I like my meats tender.

Kirk

I do too Soo!
