interesting! especially learning about the santuario


Super interesting journey, Kirk -- I need some of that holy dirt! Oh. And a few of those bags of beans and ground chili -- New Mexico is definitely the chili state!


I found it quite interesting Kat!

That ground chili is very good Peter! And we enjoyed checking out Santuario de Chimayo.


El Portrero (Virgil's) is a great source for the good stuff. They do mail orders, too. BTW, I'm sure you already have been there, but I do want to mention that Rancho de Chimayo is a wonderful restaurant, and it is right down the road.
