We really enjoy the fresh food here, kat.

Oh, yes, Soo!.PLSF is a great place.

Loren

This place is such an institution and has been here so long that my mom and grandma took me here as a baby in the 80s, and since then my parents took me, I've taken dates and my wife and soon I'll take my baby girl out there too.

Nothing beats one of their shrimp sandwiches (or their fish sandwich). I admit I've wanted to try other things but in so many years I think i've only gotten to the shrimp cocktail and the tuna sandwich (which for something that gives me PTSD from my childhood is actually amazing at PLSF). Can't get past fresh sourdough, amazing fried seafood and just enough tartar sauce.

Seeing this brought back lovely memories, thank you.

Soo

Thanks for the link Cathy!

It made meI so happy to see this brought back good memories for you, Loren! Wishing your daughter's memories are just as good. We've only had the squid and tuna sandwiches and now will definitely try both types of shrimp as well as the fish sandwiches-you are correct about the wonderful, fresh sourdough!
