Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy, Healthy, and Safe Thanksgiving!
The Missus has to work over the next couple of days; so we're keeping it simple. I'm just making some Niku Dofu by request.
The folks here at mmm-yoso would like to express how thankful we are for the visits, wonderful comments, and emails. We wouldn't still be around 6,755 days later (yes, I counted on my fingers and toes) if not for all of you!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of the mmm-YOSO writers/families/friends. Although I have never met you in person, I feel like I know you all, and just can tell you are really good people. I am thankful for all the good people/food/travels and the clever stories that you share.

Happy Thanksgiving! We had a nontraditional one this year with Bossam, sticky rice, jap chae and lumpia. Lots of cultures colliding which for me is something to be extremely thankful for. Hope everyone within the mmmyoso community (contributors and readers) had a great thanksgiving! Thanks for keeping the blog going strong.
