Bummer about the croissant. I can't think of anyone in SD that even comes close at all to Paris. But, your post reminded to mention that I had an excellent taco de marlin the other day at El Comal in North Park. Great service. Also had their chilaqueles with egg which I liked very much also. Had a few other unusual items we will be back soon to taste. Zero parking so be prepared for a walk (it's that place off University that was a Chinese restaurant for a million years).

kat

bummer but your taco crawl seemed like a nice adventure

Thanks for the reminder Kenneth. Haven't been to El Comal since they moved there waaaay back when from the Imperial Avenue location.

So, I gotta get there!

We enjoyed the walk and trying out new places Kat!
