kat

the ukrainian version looks delicious!

Soo

The donuts are good too! https://www.hungryones.com/2020/05/solomon-bagels-donuts/

I really liked the Ukrainian-a rye flour base covered with the 'everything' mix...very crave-able, Kat.

Oh, I will definitely have to stop in again, Soo! My 'test' is the plain raised glazed at every donut shop, but the fritter looks quite perfect!

This bagel shop is probably the most decent one in San Diego proper. Early on the lines were crazy due to inefficiencies - the menu is tiny and hard to see so people would take half an hour each at the counter. If I'm the area now I'll stop by for a dozen donut holes, priced at $2 and they usually throw way more than a dozen in the bag. :D

I walked in wearing my prescription sunglasses and could not see the menu at all, Joy! Definitely need to check out the donut holes, if I can find parking. Before finding Solomon, the only bagels I liked were from PL Bagel; now I have a choice.
