do you happen have a good recipe for sisig? I've been trying to find one kinda like Tita's on a good day but keep finding more of the sizzling plate variety.

unrelated, seeing you post on Filipino food makes me crave crispy pata...

The version with pig's head on a sizzling plate is the traditional version Derek. Personally, I've never tried making sisig with left over lechon because...well, I usually don't have any lechon leftover ;o) And....I would have to eat it all! ;o) I'll check to see if I can find a recipe out there.
