what a great adventure…maybe it’s my pc but a lot of places where you photo should be only show “img” and a number

Thanks for the heads-up Kat. The photos look fine right now; but I'll keep tabs on it!

I'm in the UK right now, just back to London after a week in the Shropshire Hills, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the low costs of good food and beer. Typical pint at about $3, nice main around $15. Lots of locally sourced ingredients too. And a bit of San Diego weather today and tomorrow with highs in the upper 80s!

That's awesome Ken! We were kind of shocked at how reasonable prices seemed in both Scotland and even Paris! Well, it just gave us more reason to keep on eating, right? I hope you're having a great time and you really lucked out with the weather! Have fun and take care!

The salmon and mussels we had in Scotland were the best we've ever had. And you're right - the prices at every restaurant/pub we ate at were so reasonable! Can't wait to read the next installment!

Hi James - We were amazed at the prices! And the seafood! Whoa....

Cool castle and gardens!

There's so much to see in Edinburgh Soo!

Lynnea Fleming
