everything looks delicious! yeah, lots of comfort food during these weird times :) gotta keep ourselves sane somehow!

Junichi

My go to on hot days have been kimchi hiyayakko.

Kirk

So true Lynnea!

Sort of like me Junichi! Used to have that all the time growing up - sans the kimchi since my Mom would not eat anything slightly spicy.

OMG is that grilled okra? I've never considered doing that. We typically eat okra in chunky tomato sauce, but grilled looks delicious (so do those mushrooms, king oyster?) How did you season it, or did you just let the grill do the seasoning?

Kirk

Hi H - I keep things fairly simple for grilled veggies. Olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper. I will brush on garlic infused olive oil for the king mushrooms (which also get a squeeze of lemon juice) and okra. Thanks for taking the time out to comment. Hope all is well!

kat
