Everything looks delicious! We’ve been cooking lots, not always successful but usually enjoyable. Stay well.

Kirk

The enjoyable part is the most important RD! Take care!

kat

we haven’t been baking bread but have been eating lots of canned fish and cooked fresh fish

Kirk

Sounds like you're getting all those good Omega-3s Kat!

Junichi

Pasta. Lots and lots of pasta.

Jase

Soup looks delicious! I've been wanting to try some of Rancho Gordon's beans but they're always sold out when I try to mix & match varieties to get over the shipping charge hurdle. What was the reason for no stock, more flavor from just the tomatillos?

Dawn

On your mention, I bought several types of Rancho Gordo heirloom beans. They are every bit as wonderful as the locally-raised dry beans (in Vermont). Thank you! Eat well. Be well.

Kirk

Us too Junichi.....well, at least me!

Hi Jase - Thanks for taking the time out to comment. I know; Rancho Gordo is out of most of their beans....hopefully they'll have more in stick soon. The Missus just didn't want me to use beef broth and I didn't have time, nor the energy to make any.

I'm glad you liked the beans from Rancho Gordo Dawn. Take care!

Lynnea Fleming

Lots of potatoes here too! :) good and cheap and filling!

Kirk

Gotta keep those potato farmers in business Lynnea! ;o) Hope you and Matthew are doing well. Take care!
