honey mayo shrimp sounds delicious, and in a croissant, what a plus!

My go to spot for picking up sandwiches for a hike!

Wait, what? Honey mayo shrimp? I can't believe I never noticed that on the menu. I guess I'm too hung up on the beef or pork banh mi. I know what I'll be trying next time then!

I like their packaged rice with sausage and the fried sesame balls filled with red bean paste. I always like looking for the grandma who makes the pandan waffes. Sometimes she is there, other times, she is "off".

It is *wonderful*, Kat. The croissants (made here) are not 'crispy' but do make for a perfect sandwich.

Convenient, unpretentious and so tasty, Junichi. Always a smart stop.

I ordered my first honey mayo shrimp sandwich about two weeks before the fire, cc...it was listed on a piece of paper taped on the counter in front of the cash register...never did a post because I thought that K might never come back. So many choices other than sandwiches, though. The pandan waffles are $1.50 now (still so good)- and Grandma works until 5: we saw her the other day and she took the waffle sign off the counter at 4:50 in preparation of cleaning up and going home!
