The rolled cheese looks like a dosa! I liked their tacos and the variety that we tried that morning. I will have to try the alambres here (and at Tako Factory near Marleez Koffee) to make a comparison.

Oh yes, a perfect size dosa shape of cheesy goodness, cc; the guacamole that came with it was just the way I like it. The Mister now wants to try the enmoladas (or anything mole-he's back on that kick this year) and I want the chilaquiles and a mushroom cazulita (perfect Lent food!). This is Texcoco without the lamb; quality.

everything looked delicious!

Those tacos look good!

It was, Kat.

The tacos were great, Soo. High quality.

Thank you Cathy, went for lunch today, it is now called Texcoco and has mostly lamb dishes (no beef or pork). They did have the Chicarron de Queso with guacamole and it was wonderful!

Hi Laurie- the owners were from the original Texcoco (on Third Avenue)and I guess the 'Al Pastor' menu didn't work as well as their tried and true brand. I did like being able to get a mollette for breakfast at Al Pastor and will miss that simple menu item. Aquinos es Texcoco is a great restaurant and has a really good parking lot along with more seating than the original spot. (Thanks for coming back to the commenting side).
