kat

hope they can improve on their weak dishes

Soo

That's cool you found Chef Hu again.

Kirk

I hope so too Kat!

It's kind of funny Soo......he is a really nice guy.

 Faye

That's amazing you knew the chef (and both communicated using the 'smile' language). The Fu Qi Fei Pian tastes best when you ask them to dig to bottom of pan to give you the pieces extra coated in their spicy oil. The Kou Shui Ji was one of my family's favorite. Glad you enjoyed the meal and able to reconnect with some chef/restaurant acquaintances.

RedDevil

Will give it a try as it’s in the hood. Thanks!

Junichi

Awesome you found chef Hu. I really miss Ba Ren.

Kirk

Hi Faye - The main issue with the Fu Qi Fei Pian was the lack of tendon and Sichuan Peppercorn. Still; the food there is not terrible.

Let me know what you think RD.

I really miss Ba Ren Junichi......

Derek R

I miss Ba Ren... =(

Kirk

I do too Derek!
