That's re assuring to hear you didn't have to wait terribly long to get seated. I read people saying they waited 2+ hours. Hoping to visit this location soon.

Exciting for us Mira Mesans (well, ex pat Mira Mesan anyway).

I think it all depends on day and timing Faye! Good Luck!

The owner was probably there running the kitchen during soft opening. That would explain the good bowl of ramen.

I'm glad you're excited even though you're an Ex-pat Mira-Mesan, Jan!

Actually this was after the soft opening Junichi - it was this week.

what’s up with the cold eggs?!

It's a problem at a lot of places Kat.

I hope to get in soon especially since it is local to me. I could just drive home if I wanted. I wonder how the other ramen place opening across the street will be...

Hope you get a chance to check them out soon Lynn. As for Isshigo....well, that's going to be interesting.

We made it this past Sunday. Although the corn was a bit cold, the broth and noodles were great. Oh, we were told 1:45 wait at a little past opening. We did errands, took turns on point, and watched our number approaching. When we were getting close we asked about the wait and the server said he'd called us an hour earlier! We got sat right after that, and we were anticipating a long wait, so no biggie.

Glad you got to check them out Jan!
