I missed hitsumabushi last time I was in Nagoya. Did eat kishimen and misokatsu tho! Also had a local miso lager by Kinshachi. That was.....interesting.

Funny Junichi - we tried that Red Miso beer! It was "interesting". The Missus really enjoyed Kishimen.
