looks good, I don't like the flavor of celery in the US(seems too strong), but can eat the ones here.

Hi Kat - Have you tried Chinese celery? It's thin and long and has an even stronger celery flavor!

Funny, I took my little brother to Tacos German this weekend for gobenadores and he tells me afterwards that he doesn't like celery!

That's funny.....always thought it was odd that folks don't like celery, but it's a lot more common than I thought Jan!

Hi RD - I do it the old fashioned way....boil 10 minutes completely submerged.
