Very nice people Kat; but I wish they'd have a better product.

Lynn @ Oh-So Yummy

hmm, I won a free ceviche a few months ago from another blogger but now am wondering if I waited too long to redeem! I might pop in eventually if I'm in the area. were any of your items a 'popular' menu item? I tend to gravitate toward those when trying out new restaurants...

I think the Acapulco is maybe the most popular item Lynn. Give them a try....different stroke and all, I've eaten a ton of good ceviche in my time.

Dry sashimi must be the saddest yet accurate description. It instantly made me remember a few bad sashimi I've had in the past. I wonder how sashimi tastes dry though (freshness, the cut, the serving temperature?). I've wanted to visit this little place for a long time but haven't gotten around to it. Isn't Tostadas in the same neighborhood?

Prepped cuts of fish exposed to a cold and dry environment can cause this Faye.....actually, I'm sure Tommy could give me a pretty extensive list.
