The gobernador looks a little light, but I'm sure it was tasty. Might not be the coolest spot in town but i love this truck.

Mmm... Those plump shrimp sure look good! I wish I could get shrimp like that at the places I get shrimp fried rice at...

Hi Soo - The old Noble Chef used to make a decent Shrimp with XO Sauce Fried Rice.
