Looks like a nice tasting menu, thanks!

And the menu seems to change daily. For their special winemaker dinners, they say that they have never repeated a dish. Their website

http://www.winevaultbistro.com/

includes a calendar so people can see when they are open and what dishes will be served.

What a great deal for the dinner and wine pairings. I've heard about this place from a friend but it's even better seeing your posts (both). It looks like my husband and I will have to try this place out. :)

It's been awhile since i've been there....thanks for the reminder! Looks great

jack and cc, yeh, WV is probably Tina and my favorite restaurant all things considered. I didn't look at my old post until I had the new one written, but it is remarkable how similar in conception the dinners were and yet how totally different in detail. Particularly since the place changed head chefs a few years ago.
