gosh! a couple meals would be max for me. still, sounds like you guys are eating well:)

Hao

Looks tasty! Where do you get the harissa?

nhbilly

Talk about high end bowl of ramen/pho?
Certain food I can eat for weeks especially the one that I reminisce about as a kid.

Kirk

Hi Kat - Yes, about two meals for me.....

Hi Hao - We used to get French Harissa at various Gourmet stores, but have now started ordering it from Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Dea-Harissa-Sauce-France-Combo/dp/B009QMEX0G/ref=sr_1_1?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1453389441&sr=1-1&keywords=dea+harissa

Good stuff; not mostly tomato sauce.

Hi Billy - Man....weeks? I can barely get past 2-3 meals

janfrederick

Oh man, we just polished off our oxtails, but after seeing the noodles, I'll have to make it again just to try that. Where do you get those? Are they fresh?

That sauce sounds like a business waiting to happen (Fred Flintstone style). :)

Kirk

Hi Jan - It's Sun Noodles - ramen. You can get it at Nijiya and Mitsuwa. I discard the broth thing. They manufactor noodles for a lot of Ramen Shops and have their own product in stores;
