Hi Kat - Not really too hard, a lot of waiting around and stirring, but this turned out well.


Looks great! (P.S. the only semi-local place I know that might stock that sausage is Sufas Culinary District in Costa Mesa.)

Hi James - Well sheesh....I forgot all about Surfas. Haven't been there in a, I can get a nice Kyoto Drip from Portola when we're there!
