I am Ning Wei Wang, I love chinese food and culture. I enjoy this article. We have the fish noodles and roast beef noodles in the northern part of China. Chinese traditional masters needed to boil the meat and noodles together for a long time. very delicious, very mellow, yummy,yummy, ning
