some markets do "29" days here too:) though they don't have sales on the meats, they just want you to buy some :p

good reminder about sab e lee! i'll have to take my coworkers there soon! the nijiya market meat sale sounds really good! i don't think i'll remember unless i put some kind of calendar reminder on my phone! nice info.


Hi Billy - Yeah.....instead of the perfect 35 days for dry aged beef! LOL! ;o)

Hi Lynn - It's a good deal, thoguh they're probably not having it this month since Febraury only has 28 days!
