Nice post. Love Little Sheep. The other thing I noticed when we all ate there is that many of the add ins actually change and develop in taste and/or texture the longer you leave them in the broth. Next time, Tina and I may put in a bunch of things before we eat anything, so we can get a variety of well done ingredients.

Yes, that was what I was referring to in the first paragraph, Bill. It's sold at 99Ranch and HMart out here...and I see we have three boxes in the house. I just didn't have the variety of vegetables or meats to make doing it at home as interesting of a meal.
You are right, Ed. We also enjoy the longer cooked items more. It's just so difficult to be patient.
Oh, it's fun, cc. There are many, many protein as well as vegetable options...and quite a variety of noodles. Each visit can be so different.
