I didn't grow up eating meatloaf and always considered it a treat when I would have it in the grade school cafeteria...your plate looks like good ole comfort food.

Oh wow, cc, I had no idea. Yes, meatloaf is a sort of 'leftovers' meal (I never have made it the same way twice) and the version here is just so nice.
