Thanks Kat!

Ed (from Yuma)

You have spread your love for pork intestines. Tina and I both savor tripas at taco stands and the Hunan intestine we had on Valley Blvd was one of the culinary highlights of our visit to SGV last summer. I have had more international chitlins at a single meal in the last few years than I had eaten all my life before

Kirk

I'm glad Ed! That's very gratifying.
