Great to see you finally made your way to Japan, Kirk! Won't be the last one with the Missus, I hope?

awesome kirk!

Sandy

Now I want some sushi ... neighborhood sushi will do.

Kirk

Hi HH - I hope not! We loved Japan.

It was very nice Kat.

Thanks Jack! Loved Japan, can't wait to go back.

I think you'll need to get some then Sandy! Hope all is well.

Love the simplicity.

Amazing. I normally do not like squid either but I could see that prep completely changing that as the texture of squid is usually what is a bit unpleasant for me.

Although a trip to Japan is not in the cards in the near future this does prompt me to go to try out Takodoro asap.

Kirk

They really do try to create perfection Billy.

Hi JS - If you do Tadokoro, I'd suggest the following to get the best experience - make reservations - the closer to oepning the better. You'll get the undivded attention of the Itamae. Request to sit at the bar in front of Take-san. Do try the ankimo if you have a chance and also shirako if they have it. Have fun!

Thanks for sharing. An awesome lunch!!

Kirk

It was very good Ed!
