Sandy

I had to blink twice when I looked at the sashimi plate picture, thinking where's the fish? before reading the paragraphg below. OK, it's in Ed's tummy.

I must visit soon, especially since my office is not that far away.

Jason

Looks great! I agree with your observation, it looks like a great progression of dishes. Nice combination of sushi and stuff from the kitchen.

Ed (from Yuma)

Thanks, Sandy, for the response. You were supposed to blink twice. Needless to say, I felt like an idiot not taking the picture, but Akio-san explained everything so thoroughly and I was sooo hungry. As Kirk noted, he has reasonable lunch sushi specials.

Yeh, Jason, I thought it was well arranged. Interesting also that it included some of the same things Kirk had, but often in a different context.

I was expecting a luscious plate of sashimi after that read. So cruel... 😉

Ed (from Yuma)

Sorry billy. The read was a result of having no picture so I tried to describe as best I could. Part of the reason I forgot the picture was that Akio-san went over each of the items on the tray with me, explaining each one while I took notes. I guess after that I was just too hungry. Well, that's my excuse.
