Hi Hao - No, these were so easy that I decided to leave all that stuff. Especially since no prize was at stake. No trickeration this time.

Actually I am now too Billy.


Love the pork belly at Carnitas Snack Shack but especially love the sauce/glaze on it. Any clue on what is in that sauce: hoisin, soy, garlic, rice wine vinegar, maybe some 5 spice??
