:D this whole post is way too funny!! the meat looks so delicious. since matthew and I have been eating mostly vegetarian for the past two months, all pork looks so, so good to me right now ;D

Haha I'm writing up a post about my slow-cooker version of this dish! It's infinitely better smoked, though :P I'm gonna try beer or cola next time to add some extra sweetness/maltiness to the pork.

wow wow wow

Nice butt.

I had a lot of fun with this one Lynnea.....I hope I don't contribute to knocking you off the wagon tho'.

Hi Jinxi - Looking forward to your post.

LOL Kat!

THanks for noticing Billy!

Lol! I also love that you named it Ben...

This was the funniest post. It sounded like an 'indecent' movie: butt, slap yo daddy, ben dover. Is there another way to make this dish if one doesn't have a smoker?

It was such a studley piece of pork that it deserved its own name Kirbie!

Hi Faye - You can modify my oven kalua pork to make it more smokey:

Ha! Love this post, those pics are just indecent! Gotta look up slap yo daddy and that injector looks serious indeed

My goodness FH! I had a lot of fun with this one....I didn't expect so many people would as well.

OMG, the puns in this post....gosh! Haha! I'm sure your canine friend next door was drooling away when you were smoking that butt!

Hi CC - Are you asking me if the neighbor's dog was coveting my butt?? LOL! Sorry, loe hanging fruit (there's another pun in there somewhere), but I couldn't help it.
