I'm curious to try their nem nuong to see how they measure up to Brodard's (I like their sauce). Their Banh Xeo looks good too (crisp). I hate the ones that are overstuffed and soggy.

Want to try Banh Xeo now :)

My wife grabbed a couple of banh mi and spring rolls after work a few days ago and we realli enjoyed that inclusion of fried wrapper.

Hi CC - I don't think the sauce here is very good, but we like the spring rolls - the wrapping technique at Brodard is better.

They must have them at VN restaurants in your neck of the woods Kat.

Hi Jan - That style is typical of what Brodard in OC does.
