Have wanted to go to the 626 Night Market (even driving past it after seeing Rose Parade floats to scope out parking areas, etc.) but know the drive back that late would not be good; I really am a morning person. Will miss BHChung, but since nothing has replaced it, the parking lot is way better, right? Same with the parking by the as yet unopened Green Shallot, yes? (ha)

Looking forward to checking out the night market in San Diego! I heard about the one in 626 and had been thinking about doing a road trip up.

Sad to hear about Mama Jamaica closing. They served some tasty jerk chicken and my fav mac salad.

Hi Cathy - LOL! I'm not sure that one business going down will even make a dent in the parking situation. It'll be interesting to see what replaces BH Chung.

Hi Jess - I'm kinda fascinated to see how it will turn out too.

Have you been to the night market in the Little Saigon up in Santa Ana?

I hope they have good food at the night market. Can't wait to try it.

Hi TFD - No haven't been to that one. This will be interesting at the least.

Night market in LSG is not very good. I would not recommend any one going there.

Hey Beach, it's so nice to hear from you! Thanks for the concise eval!

I havent yet visited the 626 market. I heard the lines got better when they switched to the Anaheim stadium. A SD one sounds like fun though I'm wary about how good it will be. It seems like so much stuff gets watered down when it reaches SD.

I have my doubts too Kirbie. So we'll see.....
