beautiful post, Kirk!

Thanks so much Kat!

Hangzhou Hero

Late to the party, but I'm glad you enjoyed China and that you had a very memorable time Kirk. You should definitely take the opportunity to revisit. Suzhou was one of the places that I had never been before but after a visit I found myself really enjoying the province.

I also share the sentiments of "the China I remember" as being the China I hold closest to my heart. We can only hope that China can maintain some of their tradition but I'm of the pessimistic sort so better get your visits in while you can.

Wonderful post! In my next life I'm gonna be rich and I'm going to travel the world, either that or I'll come back as a gopher and all I'm ever gonna see is the gopher's ass in front of me. :)

Hey HH - I know, things are moving so quickly in China, I'm hoping the don't destroy the social fiber that has been over hundreds of years.

You're too funny AZ! ;o)

Awesome looking vacation! It seems alot like the vacation my kid went on:

What a great summary of your trip. Really enjoyed this "China" series. :-)

Hi Soo - Looks like he had a fun time.

Thank Carol, we really had a great time.
