LOL about the crowds at Yakyudori, that's so true. Although I found that if you show up at 5 to beat the crowds, they usually have the coals ready for the yakitori.

Hi Jason - Yeah, it really gets crowded.....sometimes they'll start early if it looks busy. But when it's slow, they'll make you wait.
