ed (from Yuma)

A couple more nice finds. An Iraqi fish mkt and restaurant. El Cajon is developing into quite a middle eastern center.

Hi Cathy! Looks like a great meal. Mmmm, cheesy bread!

I've never heard of a cream chop sandwich! That sounds amazing thou. Have you made it before?

The cheesy bread looks so good. Was it crispy?

Looks good.

Oh yes, ed, we are lucky to live so close to El Cajon. Nahrain/Shakira is just West of Sultan on Main Street; Valley Foods is between both of those locations.
Really good cheesy bread, Carol (I just stopped by and bought one for tonight).
I re-wrote my description of chop and cream chop, Faye. You can order chicken or beef cream chop and also potato chop. 'Chop' means breaded and fried. The cheese bread is soft and I am not sure what the green herb is; it does not seem to have any flavor.
Thanks, billy.
