You know, I really haven't made much of an effort to check out San Clemente....maybe I should.

Hi Cathy, I stop by San Clemente often my drive up to L.A. as well. I haven't been here though, I'll have to try time. Kind of random but the post reminded me of an old college roommate that really liked corned beef hash, haha. Happy New Year!

Usually we skip breakfast or grab something to eat in the car before a day trip North, Kirk, but we both are trying to get into good habits. Following my mantra of 'everyone has to eat, no matter where they live or work', this was a great find of a local joint.
We drove slowly on El Camino Real, looking for parked cars/people going to breakfast, Dennis, and then we saw the building with the sun shining on it (no cars) and are very happy we stopped here. [The Mister does like corned beef hash for breakfast.] Happy New Year to you!

I love a veggie packed omelet for breakfast. It seems to fuel me for the day and yours certainly looks bursting with vegetables!

The omelet was really good, Alyssa. It changed my mind about cauliflower for breakfast.
