It was my first attempt at cauliflower fried rice. It started off a little bland and I wasn't convince it would be any good. Then docked it up a bit and turned out delicious.

everything I ever make! i always change the recipe half way through cooking but usually it turns out just fine. And I never make a recipe the same way twice.
