The duck looks tremendous!

Hi Kirk, thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear Masa Assassin and Captain Jack are doing great! The sliced pork with garlic sauce looks killer!

ed (from Yuma)

The food looks wonderful. Note to self -- clean drool off of keyboard.

Good to hear about the Captain and the Assassin. I recently reread some Masa Assassin posts as good friends will be doing a Guadelupe valley food and wine tour next fall with the people from the Wine Vault. One meal will be prepared by one of the chefs whose food was profiled in a blog post.

Hi Nate - It was pretty good, very meaty!

Hi Dennis - That was delish.... it's almost better to do take out to let it soak in the sauce a bit.

Hi Ed - Yeah, I was a bit worried about them.... so it's good to know they're both doing well.

Isn't that the best? when a restaurant has remained the same or improved, rather than gone down hill. That pork really does look good.

we like to eat early too & beat the crowds, that duck looked great!

It is sad when bloggers you follow stop blogging.
I think WOW isn't so much of a habit as it is a drug. A drug that makes people cut off from their friends, ends marriages and relationships. Evil drug. Lol. At least that's been my experience. ;-)

Hi Lynnea - The pork is probably the best dish here.

Hi Kat - I agree.......

Hi Kirbie - I'm really out of touch with that stuff, so thanks for the info!
