Which stove top smoker did you get?




whoa! deep fried, smoked duck leg, sounds intense and delicious!


Oh man!! That reminds me of the deep fried smoked chicken leg from Pine Tree Cafe in Kona. It's my favorite item on their extensive menu. Really good Local foods.

Hi Lynnea - I think we'll need to deep dry smoked duck; it's just not the same straight out of the smoker..... chicken legs on the other hand....
