It was *so* good, Carol. I am slowly getting back to blogging. The Fair wiped me out, for a lot of reasons. I really am eating a lot healthier now. Can't wait to post some recipes.


Wait, they serve lunch on Saturdays now?? I had no idea. I've been wanting to try lunch for so long, but haven't been able to since I thought it was weekdays only.


Oh yes they do, Kirbie. I didn't know it was open on Saturday either. We were headed elsewhere, hit a major traffic jam, so were just going to get a bento or sushi or karage (or all three) at Nijiya and saw the sandwich board. We had to...
