Nice to have you back! Can't wait to hear about your stories. Very nice picture of the panda and your dog looks skinny.

I had been guessing China all this time, because of the opening of the expo. But I don't recognize any photo which would belong to Shanghai... I guess I don't really know other than Beijing and Xian.

HEY! Welcome home! Cathy has been keeping me DROOLING! I'm not even gonna try to guess where all you were, but about half the places looked familiar, more from the food than the scenic photos... Is that bad?

Hi CC - The Missus really had me moving around..... Wait until you see the amount of food....

Thanks YY!

Hi Tammy - That was a cute little pooch in QingDao.We had a blast.... lot's of funny stories as well.

Hi Jess - We didn't make it to the Expo, and decided because of the anticipated crowds, to stay away from Shanghai, though we were in the area.

Hi Jo - Cathy does a fabulous job, doesn't she? As far as recognizing the food before the sites..... I'm kinda like that too!

beautiful photos! I'm sure you have many more to share. Looking forward to your post trip posts =)

ed (from Yuma)

Wow! Count me officially teased. Great that you and the missus are back and willing to share.

Christine @ Tea for Two Sisters

A bunch of those dishes look very familiar from my trip. I wish I could've had more freedom... ah well. I can't wait to see all your posts and pictures!

You came to Chengdu and didn't contact me to get togther and eat? So disappointed!

Ah, well, expecting a full report!

how tantalizing your post is! so many exciting places and such good looking food, can't wait to hear about it all!

I'm intrigued by Western China. Seems you were there. I'll be tuning in. I always like your travel "debriefings"

Hi Lynnea - Thanks so much. I need to get me act together....

Hi Ed - It's good to be home.

Hi Christine - I agree, having some freedom and flexibility is precious.

Hi Pepper - Unfortunately, we didn't spend too much time in Chengdu. I'll explain in a later post.

Thanks FH!

Hi Rockingham - Thanks, I hope you enjoy our posts!

Eat. Travel. Eat!

Nice storyline! I can guess some of them but the answers are already in your new post by the time I checked :).

Talk about a nice Xiao Long Bao right there! Such an elastic skin.

Your photos are awesome! I will be visiting China next week. I think you had so much fun so I guess I too will really enjoy my trip. Can't wait to see the places you have visited.

Hi ETE - Those Baozi were very good!

Hi Gabriel - I hope you enjoy China as much as we did!
