Kirk, I will have to check it out. I thought I was there once before, had some noodle soup that io thought was marginal but i know for a fact I did not order Bun Bo Hue. but will definately check it out. Thanks


He Pedma - It's the Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu at Mien Trung. Maybe you'll like to try some Banh Bot Loc as well.

Does the pork blood make a difference in Bun Bo Hue. I too would like to try it at Mien Trung someday.


Hi rv65 - For me, the blood cubes are not my favorite thing in the world. They are really comsumed like meat, and don't lend much to the flavor of the broth.
