mmm fried chicken skin...sign me up for the 400 steps :)

Tammy

Yummm, that chicken picture reminds of me the filipino fried chicken. Do you happen to know the recipe for that fried chicken?

Anyhow, are there different types of passion fruit? The one at my parent's house is so sour! We don't know what to do with them when they're ripe.

Kirk

Hi Kat - Somehow I think you'd do much better than I would!

Hi Tammy - If I remmember correctly, there are 400 different variesties of Passion Fruit, of which thirty or so are edible. As for the wings, are you talking about Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings???

meemalee

I flove chicken skin but no-one eats it here - apparently pork scratchings are acceptable but chicken skin isn't :(

nhbilly

Anything for good ol fried chicken especially the skin. It so beautiful I mean the chicken not the scenery ;-)

ed (from Yuma)

Now that is getting fried chicken "to go." An epic journey with a satisfying ending.

kirbie

Ooh, fried chicken skin. Looks soo good!

Carol

I'm drooling on my keyboard.

Kirk

Hi meemalee - Folks just don't know what they're missing.....

Hi Billy - Ah yes, we each have our own interpretation of beauty!

Hi Ed - I've never worked so hard for chicken skin before.....

Hi Kirbie - This stuff was very good....much too good!

Hi Carol - Time to fry up a batch of chicken skin!

Tammy

Yes, the salt and pepper wings! They're so good...

Kirk

Hi Tammy - It's the crack they use in the batter..... ;o)

foodhoe

Kirk, the pix of the chicken skin are making my stomach growl. Nice shot of the fireflies too!

Kirk

Hi FH - This chicken (skin) was really worth the effort.
