Wow Kirk! It's rare that I see anything on your blog that I haven't heard of, eaten or seen before. This meal was a totally interesting experience. Yum!

Haha. I would eat it! Might be difficult to source the ingredients (you hardly touched your bok choy powder!)

I like the way the presentation almost alludes to a Japanese Kaiseki meal, in a hassun inspired way.
