Hi Micaela - All the way from Yuma for this??? ;o) Somehow, I don't think Hometown Buffet is quite the seal of approval this place is aiming for! I hope you managed to get some other "good stuff" on your trip!

other than the chicken, he brought back the Orijen dog food we can't get here ;-) It's less expensive in SD than in PHX, go figure.

Actually, you may be able to help me, I'm trying to find the Goya brand "Adobo" seasoning. It's the only commercially prepared one I've found without MSG, which is why I always look for Goya (plus they have the right ratio of salt to everything else). I don't remember seeing it at Tropical Star, so if you have any suggestions on where we can look, please let me know?

Hi Micaela - Check out Gonzalez Northgate Market.....it's a huge supermarket:

Hi Micaela- A very large selection of Goya brand at a small fruit market (unimaginatively named "The Market") on Santo Road at the 52(one exit East of the 15)-The strip mall right at that exit. Northgate should also have it and much more.
