I've read from some Chowhound posters and others that the quality of PT can vary wildly, but I've been lucky so far. The chicken makhni and lamb vindaloo are wonderful, and the Seekh kabab is FABULOUSLY spicy. My only disappointment has been the Tandoori chicken, which has been charred to a crisp every time I've tried it.

And when they do the garlic naan right... AWESOME.

Hi J Bo - We've been pleased with the food a Punjabi Tandoor overall...though there is some inconsistency.
