Interesting dive....

um...didn't want to use that word, Bill...but, yeah, it is a perfect Dive...

It's hard to find a place that has a variety of food that is decent and it looks like you hit the jackpot. A couple of cultural food under one roof done right. I'll take it on any day, but in the mean time I need to train for my marathon ;-)

Hey, again, Bill- I've tried to post about all of my favorite places...there are just so many. Then, in the name of research for the blog, I have interspersed those with some newer or one time places...I have tried to make interesting posts, no matter what. It is just what I eat...and you can tell, I'm not in training for anything:) Good luck with your efforts.

Everything looks and sounds so delicious! Sorry to hear kirk isn't feeling well...

Hey, FH! Haven't heard from you in a while. Yes, this lttle hole in the wall place, near SDSU, is just really good. It seems to be overlooked (I mentioned it about a year ago)and so I just had to do a post... Kirk should be back tonight. Happy to see you commenting again.

Thanks for the heads up. I live right around the corner (until I move to Descanso in Dec.)Will have to give it a try. There's a Newer chicken place on the corner of 70th and University,it's Southern Style, haven't had a chance to get there yet..maybe soon. Thanks for the great blog

Hi, Mike- I remembered thinking you must live in that area because of my crossover posts of Tokyo and Tokyo Sushi Loa...glad I could show you another place close I will have to head out toward Descanso and see what I remember from eating out there (it's been about 3 years- some friends we had there moved away) and do a post...ah, all for his little blog...I saw that fried chicken place, but haven't stopped...yet. Elsa's has been there forever-for a reason-do try it.
