Hi Liver - One should drink as much as one would like, or as much volume as your stomach can hold..... I do usually finish almost all my broth. ;o)

Since I work down the street, I just had the wife meet me there for lunch today. Of course, I had to try the Bun Bo Hue after the rave reviews. This was my first time having it and I have to say it was amazing. I also enjoyed the Banh Bat Loc. My wife was not as much of a fan. She didn't like the chewy texture of the Banh Bat Loc and doesn't like Bun noodles, so she enjoyed some Banh Mi over at K. Great restaurant and the staff was very friendly, despite the communication barriers.

Hi Miguel - That Bun Bo Hue is really good. You may want to give the Bun Rieu a shot next time.

I was really really in the mood for Bun Bo Hue & Banh Bot Loc this morning so I called and I called and I called but they didn't pick up the phone =(((

Hey YY - I think they're closed on Mondays.....I also notice that they sometimes close early, and even during holidays.

oh, I guess that's why. I'm still so sad. One of my friend is also their regular customer and she told me that sometime they close for family vacation. Good for them, but so sad for me!
