Reid

Hi Kirk,

I'm thinking that I should have had a burger tonight for dinner. *sigh* This one looks really good! I'm like you though in that I don't like it when the burger, meat, etc. is not seasoned well.

Kirk

Hey Reid - Yeah, you'd think that with all the butter, cheddar cheese, and stuff - that the burger would be seasoned better. BTW - did you see the sign up front, I forgot to mention it. It says "Hearty, Healthy, Comfort Food". If this is "healthy" I'm in Nirvana....

Jack

Kirk-you are just hitting all of my spots and ordering my items as well! Half the time I order the Crest burger (jalapenos on top of pepperjack cheese), the other time I order the Oui Oui burger. When I order the burgers, I make sure they are rare/med rare because they tend to over cook them also. I will agree that the burgers are underseasoned. Have you had the homemade chips instead of the fries? Again, add a little salt but yummmm...."healthy,hearty, comfort food"!

Kirk

Jack - Must be some kine local ESP thing, la dat! Or else you've been everywhere! I did enjoy the Oui Oui burger the two times I had it. I've had the chips, and you're right they are better - just didn't cross my mind. And I usually order my burgers medium here - because that means medium-well.

Jo

mmmm... ::smiling:: we had burgers tonight. I put some minced onion, ground pork, & minced Dittmer's bacon in the beef. Oh man! Sliced up our first Hawaiian Pineapple tomato to go with it, the slices were as big as the english muffins I used for buns. ::smiling innocently and batting eyelashes:: nobody goes hungry in this house...
